Kweller earned his Bachelor's degree in History from Binghamton University, where his journey in the region began in 1999. It was during his time as a student that he first recognized the immense potential in Binghamton's architectural treasures. Returning with full commitment in 2006, he boldly acquired and reimagined his first property at 29-31 Court Street into student apartments at just 24 years old—setting the stage for a wave of positive transformation across the area.

Kweller also dedicated a full decade to the bar and restaurant industry, where he built and led successful hospitality operations in downtown Binghamton.
